What is the length of the Program?
Our program is designed to be 2-4 weeks. However it is work-at-your-own-pace, so you can shorten or extend. Online course consists of 10 modules, practice exams, and certification exam.
2 days of hands-on clinical training are required. Clinical training is 9:00am-3:00pm
What are the requirements?
Students must be 18 years or older.
Students must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent degree
Our program is designed for LVN/RN students, research coordinators, allied healthcare staff, laboratory personnel, EMTs, medical assistants, front/back medical office staff, CNAs, and those looking to maintain or enhance their skills.
What is the program cost?
Total Phlebotomy Program Tuition is $444 for a limited time, which includes:
Online Phlebotomy Course, Hands-On Training
Resume Building
Job Placement Assistance/Leads
Once completed, you will be eligible to take practice exams and schedule your Certification Exam for $200
Students also have the option to obtain CPR Certification or Renewal
CPR Certification via American Heart Association $65
Do you offer payment plans?
We have various options in order to best assist future Students.
$200 deposit reserves your seat for the class. (This will go towards tuition)
We can set up a payment plan for remaining balance, which must be paid in full before first day of class.
We also offer AfterPay. If you qualify for this option, you can divide remaining balance into 4 equal biweekly payments.

Do I need to buy any additional materials/supplies?
You will only need to purchase 1 pair of scrubs for our clinical laboratory training program days. Preferably Navy Blue.
Online course will include all material, practice tests, and exams. All other materials and lab supplies will be provided by FDMT.
